We want every Zar-e-Zeenat experience to be as pleasant as the moment you receive your order. While we take great care in checking and packing every parcel before dispatch, we understand that sometimes an issue may occur during delivery or you may receive an item that isn't what you ordered.
Our Return Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order to request a return.
To help us verify the issue and process your request fairly, please make sure to record a clear and complete unboxing video when opening your parcel. The video should begin with the sealed package and continue through the opening of the parcel, clearly showing the condition of the items received.
Once we receive your return request and the required video, our team will review the case and guide you through the return process.
A Small but Important Note
Important For the protection of both our customers and Zar-e-Zeenat, a proper unboxing video is required for return claims. Return requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
- Returns must be requested and the item sent back within the 3-working-day return period after receiving the order.
- Please note that original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
